Das mit Intel Core Ultra Prozessoren ausgestattet COM-HPC Mini Modul TQMxCU1-HPCM bietet beeindruckende Leistungsdaten im Bereich KI und Grafik für Edge-Anwendungen. Klassische Anwendungsgebiete in Industrie, Medizintechnik, Kommunikation und Sicherheit können so von neuester Technologie profitieren: Mehrere verschiedene Compute-Engines arbeiten zusammen, um beispielsweise Inferenz-Aufgaben direkt vor Ort zu beschleunigen und gleichzeitig den Bedarf an einem diskreten Beschleuniger zu reduzieren. Neueste Fertigungstechnologie sorgt für eine besonders gute Leistungseffizienz, wodurch das Modul vereinfachte Kühllösungen und lüfterlose Designs ermöglicht.
Das Featureset der Prozessoren kann über den 400-Pin High-Speed-Steckverbinder des COM-HPC Mini Standards optimal zur Verfügung gestellt werden. In Kombination mit den extrem kompakten Abmessungen von nur 95 mm x 70 mm lassen sich so innovative Lösungen auf kleinster Fläche realisieren. Durch den gelöteten Arbeitsspeicher auf der Oberseite wird die thermische Integration in Gesamtsysteme wesentlich vereinfacht, da alle verlustleistungs-kritischen Komponenten optimal angebunden werden können und ein Wärmestau zwischen Komponenten vermieden wird.
