4. You will receive a separate e-mail from us with a UPS shipping voucher if your device is still under warranty.
5. Send the device and the printout to the address given here. Please select the address of your continent. (Europe or US).

The warranty period expires prematurely, as far as the purchaser undertakes unauthorized repair attempts or other changes to the device or the error is due to a faulty operation or installation by the purchaser. In this case, for the review of the device € 165.00 plus 19% VAT will be charged. This service charge also applies to devices that are outside the warranty period.
