The LGA module offers a flexible, space-saving pin-to-pin compatible solution for low- to high-end applications with real-time requirements of the factory of the future. What makes it special is that the module design is very compact, measuring approximately 38 mm x 38 mm, yet covers a very wide performance spectrum.
This includes scalable computing power, low power dissipation and real-time capable Gbit Ethernet in combination with a very well equipped embedded module. The module has up to four real-time capable Gbit Ethernet ports and can thus be used for fieldbus endpoint applications, gateways and small edge servers in production.
