The TQMa67xx embedded module is based on the AM67xx (Quad /Dual Cortex A53) processor family from Texas Instruments. This module is designed in such a way that the pin-compatible processors are used on one module design. The TQMa67xx is ideal for applications that require extended computing power and scalable graphics performance or artificial intelligence.
The AM67xx family offers Artificial Intelligence, Vision ISP and a 3D GPU as well as a variety of industrial interfaces. These include 2x Gigabit Ethernet switches with TSN support. They also have various interfaces such as USB2.0, CAN-FD, UART and 4x CSI for connecting up to 4 cameras. Multidisplay with up to 3 displays is possible and up to 2x SerDes for (PCIe/ USB + SGMII) round off this powerful CPU family.
