The basis is an ARM® Cortex®-A8 core with up to 1 GHz. The LGA module was specially developed for use in high-volume projects. The memory expansion implemented on the module provides the best system support. The module is ideally suited for visualization and control tasks with real-time requirements. Due to the high integration of interfaces and functions in the CPU, a multitude of interfaces and module functions are realized.
This enables a simple and cost-effective baseboard development. All functional pins of the processor are routed to the LGA pins. Note on ordering information: Further variants are available on request.

The core of the STKa335x is the TQMa3359 with an ARM® Cortex A8 CPU. The components contained in the starter kit constitute a modular system enabling you to develop your own product ideas. Development of graphic interfaces can be started immediately using the prepared combination of closed display unit and starter kit that are matched to each other.
