E²MS Award
The E²MS Award is presented by the Trade Association for Electric Design (FED, Fachverband Elektronik-Design), the German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers’ Association (ZVEI, Zentralverband Elektrotechnik- und Elektronikindustrie) and the magazine Elektronik-Praxis. E²MS (or EEMS) stands for Electronic Engineering and Manufacturing Services.
TQ has won the E²MS Award six times:
- E²MS Award 2015: Nominated in the Product Innovation category
- E²MS Award 2013: Winner in the Sustainable Future category
- E²MS Award 2011: Winner in the Supply Chain Management category

Best EMS
The Best EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) are selected by the readers of the magazine Markt&Technik. The readers poll with more than 1000 participants and 200 judged EMS companies first took place in 2009.
TQ belongs to the

- Best EMS 2015 – Winner in the Obsolescence Management, Smart EMS and Leading Edge Manufacturing Technologies categories

The PCB Design Award is presented by the Fachverband Elektronik-Design (FED) and honors PCB designers
TQ is a three-time winner of the award:

Bicycle Brand Contest 2017
The most powerful e-bike drive also sets new standards in design.
The TQ HPR 120S drive won the 2017 Bicycle Brand Contest in the E-Bike / Pedelec category. The TQ HPR 120S is a drive for e-bikes, pedelecs and electric transport vehicles. The outstanding design was created in collaboration with the agency "Target Design" from Seefeld near Munich.

German Brand Award 2018
The German Brand Award is presented by the German Design Council. It honors the best product and company brands in various respective industries.
TQ won the German Brand Award in 2018 in the category "Industry Excellence in Branding," and in 2017 in the category "Industry, Machines & Engineering" for brand management in connection with the brand relaunch that was initiated that year.
MINT Minded Company
Students and graduates of the STEM disciplines consider TQ to be a particularly attractive employer.
This award, presented by the publishing company Audimax Medien and the initiative "MINT Creates Future," honors companies that support students and graduates of MINT courses of study.
TQ was honored as a "MINT Minded Company" in the years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.
(The STEM disciplines are science, technology, engineering and mathematics; the German acronam for them is MINT.)
