Integrated, process-oriented management system

Our integrated quality management system is the basis for all processes in all areas of our company. Our integrated QM system meets the following requirements:

  • quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001
  • quality management according to DIN EN 9100 
  • quality management according to DIN EN ISO 13485 with the exception of the requirements for sterile and implantable medical products,
  • quality management according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 80079-34 (ATEX / IECEx)
  • environmental management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001
  • energy management according to DIN EN ISO 50001
  • occupational safety management system is based on OHRIS (Occupational Health and Risk Management System)

Aviation certifications

In addition, TQ possesses the following approvals and certifications:

 

  • EASA certification as an Alternative Design Organisation  
  • LBA approval as a manufacturing company
  • LBA approval as a maintenance organisation

Living quality at TQ

Bringing quality to life

True to the motto "Living quality", our quality management system is supported and implemented by all employees. Their supervisors promote aware for quality and environmental issues in regularly scheduled quality management training sessions. New employees are comprehensively instructed and trained in our quality management system. In addition, all employees make a personal commitment to observe the applicable requirements for quality, environmental protection and occupational safety, and to implement them in their daily work. They confirm this by signing a declaration of commitment to quality management.

Zero-error strategy

We pursue a zero-error strategy and focus on error avoidance before error correction. Checks at the end of a creation process can only detect errors. Capable processes, on the other hand, prevent their emergence. We therefore focus on systematic quality planning in advance, and strive to design capable processes characterized by continuous process and quality monitoring as well as fast and effective quality control loops in all phases of product development and in all areas of our company.
