Das Minimodul TQMa335xL ist die steckerlose Variante des TQMa335x und wird direkt mit dem Basisboard verlötet. Die Grundlage dafür liefert ein ARM® Cortex®-A8 Core mit bis zu 1 GHz. Das LGA-Modul wurde speziell für den Einsatz von Projekten mit hoher Stückzahl entwickelt. Der auf dem Modul realisierte Speicherausbau sorgt für beste Systemunterstützung. Das Modul ist hervorragend geeignet für Visualisierungs -und Steuerungsaufgaben mit Echtzeitanforderungen.
Durch die hohe Integration von Schnittstellen und Funktionen in der CPU wird eine Vielzahl von Schnittstellen und Modulfunktionen realisiert. Dies ermöglicht eine einfache und kostengünstige Basisboardentwicklung. Alle funktionalen Pins des Prozessors werden auf die LGA-Pins herausgeführt. Starterkit STKa335x
Development of graphic interfaces can be started immediately using the prepared combination of closed 7” display unit and starter kit that are matched to each other. The core of the STKa335x is the TQMa3359 with an ARM® Cortex A8 CPU. The components contained in the starter kit constitute a modular system enabling you to develop your own product ideas.
Please note, that for evaluation purposes we provide you with the starter kit STKa335x with the module TQMa335x (not TQMa335xL!). The module mainly differs in the plug-system.
